With over ten years as a licensed insurance agent, Katy has extensive knowledge and experience in the field. She has been a vital part of three start-up companies including creating and developing a P&C division from the ground up. Katy’s background allows her to see all aspects of building a business and providing Seed Insurance Group’s clients with the best product and support.
Katy lives with her husband, and Seed Co-Founder, Evan, in Lewisville, TX with their three boys ages 1 to 13. They have also founded a non-profit, Seed the Need, to serve the pressing needs of the community.
Lorianne Slack | Vice President
Lorianne is a US Navy Veteran with over 20 years’ experience developing and growing structures and processes for various businesses. Her proficiency at researching and implementing new software and technology to improve workflow, along with the ability to develop various systems to organize and track information, keep clients' needs at the forefront. Since becoming a licensed insurance producer, Lorianne has devoted her full abilities to Seed Insurance Group’s ongoing success.
Lorianne lives in Lewisville, TX, staying close to her “baby-adult” children. She is enjoying life as a quasi-empty-nester while working with Katy to build both Seed Insurance and Seed the Need.
Over the last two decades, Katy and Lorianne have worked together at multiple companies including one start-up. Their working relationship is founded on mutual respect and enthusiasm for what they do, and as a team, they will succeed at reaching and exceeding Seed Insurance Group’s to give the best service to each and every client.
